Looking back .... A quite large group called "Rot-weisse Funken" with their beautiful red-white costumes proved to be one of the highlights of the Rose-Monday street parade in the city of Mainz. Due to a longer stop of the parade just in front of my eyes I had lots of time to take some good shots!

Then the carnival parade continued, the young girls and ladies formed their lines again and marched down Bopp street with elegant momentum.
